SHIPPING

 For orders under $150.00, enjoy a flat rate of $10 across Canada and the U.S.  Shipping is done from our warehouse in Vancouver, B.C. Canada via courier. We frequently use UPS, ICS or Canpar.  Should you have a courier special request please email us with your order number and we can try to accommodate the best we can!

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email with wait times. If an item is in production, it usually is a wait time between 10-14 days.

  Please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship out within Canada and the U.S.  You will receive a shipping notification when the order is ready to ship.  Please allow 14 days for international shipments.  Shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions, time of year, etc. which Lav and Kush is not responsible for.    International orders - $25.00 shipping per order up to 60kg.( excluding duties and taxes)

Please contact us with any further questions or concerns you may have.  If we know the order is urgent ( i.e. you are needing your item for a special event, or gifting)  please follow up with us via email and we can make sure we get the order out asap!
